Now that I only have to make one bento a week, I use leftovers for my bento. I love to make sushi rolls, since you can fill them with whatever you like, it doesn’t have to be fish, the flavours just have match. I bought a cookbook about sushi the other day, so expect more sushi rolls to appear here soon.
Ham, cheese, green beans sushi rolls and blanched peaches. This is an easy and tasty bento :-).
Someone at my voluntary work told me that my bento looked good, so mission accomplished! 🙂
